How long will it take to receive my order?

My processing time is 1-2 business days and DHL shipping averages 2-3 business days!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, I offer free shipping on all orders over $300 USD!

I see you're in France. What about duty fees?

United States retailers are generally exempt from import taxes and duties for shipments valued less than $800 USD. Canadian retailers may be subject to duty, GST, PST, and HST fees. European Union retailers are not subject to duty or import fees.

Do you offer exclusivity?

No, I do not offer zipcode exclusivity.

Do you work with online-only retailers?

Yes! I wholesale to online-only retailers.

Isn't your A6 sizing wrong?

North American and European paper sizing is different. While a North American A6 is 4.5” x 6.25”, European A6 is 4.1" x 5.8". This is slightly narrower and taller than the standard A2 greeting card at 4.25" x 5.5".

Do you do custom work?
